NSM has built significant capability that is unique to our industry. We continue to deliver strong sustainment programs and create new service levels of excellence.

There is significant potential to extend our Inclusive Prime Model approach and leverage the deep expertise and capabilities across our supply chain. We continue to explore naval and maritime sustainment support programs that require services relevant to our core capabilities, including:

• Asset management
• Ship repair, refit and refurbishment
• Maintenance support services
• Engineering support services
• Supply chain management
• Procurement and logistics

Our number one priority is continuing to deliver availability, capability and seaworthiness to our customers and partners in support of the LHD and Anzac capabilities. Without disrupting these services, we are currently planning how we can extend the benefits of our Inclusive Prime model to other naval and maritime sustainment support programs that require services relevant to our core capabilities.
